[懷孕] 孕期飲食大家都有乖乖嗎?

從懷孕以後,一直很努力的調整自己的飲食
以前簡單一碗乾麵就可以解決一餐
現在像是做功課一樣,每天都在計算自己吃的夠不夠營養、蛋白質和深色蔬菜吃的夠不夠
目前最基本的是每天至少350cc的豆漿及牛奶、一天一碗左右的水果(芭樂為主)
由於作息關係,一天只吃兩餐
每餐基本會有半碗澱粉、1~2種以上的深色蔬菜、1份肉類或豆腐類
營養品就是新寶鈉多、魚油、鈣粉這樣
在吃的下的範圍內,會多吃點蔬菜,但孕婦要吃的東西實在是太~多了呀!
今天貪嘴,早餐吃了麥當勞、晚上吃了燒肉,突然對女鵝好有愧疚感,因為完全沒有吃到
蔬菜,可是媽媽已經吃不下了啊啊啊!!
只能默默跟女鵝說:今天先原諒媽媽,明天再吃妳愛吃的吧!
但是內心還是覺得對女鵝拍謝!
請問大家的孕期,真的都有乖乖的每餐營養均衡嗎?
