[寶寶] 為什麼旗魚肉蒸起來那麼老硬
最近想給寶寶從魚肉開始開葷,但媽媽我本身家裡從小幾乎都吃素,實在跟魚類很不熟,
今早去市場挑了一塊旗魚切片(純粹是看它沒有刺……),回家後先切一小塊加薑蒸煮,
剩下的分裝進冷凍。
本來幻想蒸完之後魚肉會很軟嫩,可以輕鬆用湯匙撥入粥裡,結果蒸完之後試吃了一下,
天啊魚肉好乾硬……嗚嗚…………想請問大家原因:
1.蒸不夠久?
2.要先打泥再蒸?
3.選錯魚種,它本來就那麼硬?
如果做法錯,請大家跟我說該怎麼煮。如果是3,請問有推薦其他的魚嗎?我會自己把這
些旗魚吃掉的……感謝。(實在有點受挫,懇請大家指導)

今天下午我火速去買了無刺虱目魚肚(一直以為虱目魚有很多刺所以不敢買)來試試看,
結果寶寶很賞臉呢!當了媽媽之後發現就算原本不太會烹飪的,也要想辦法學著煮出營養
的東西給孩子吃……總之很謝謝各位熱心的回應哦!
