[懷孕] 伸懶腰
即將邁向15w,最近終於進入舒適期,
(不用24小時抱著嘔吐桶、白開水想喝就喝超幸福的/////)
不過晚上睡不好還是常態,
因此,有一件事常常感到困惑...
我是一個起床後喜歡伸懶腰的人,
懷孕前就有這個習慣,
總是要舒展完身體後才會覺得今天有很好的開始。
但自從懷孕後,
只要醒來不自覺伸個懶腰,小腹就會有快要抽筋的感覺,甚至是抽痛,
所以每天都提醒自己別這麼做,要改掉舊習慣。
雖然不是像做瑜珈或舞蹈那樣的極度伸展,
但還是想知道,如果做像「伸懶腰」這樣的動作會不會對子宮造成不好的影響?
有人會有這種情形嗎?還是只是我個人想太多而已XD
