[母乳] 擠奶會傷身嗎?
大家好
目前已持續當母奶媽媽快兩個月
因為是第一胎,自己也34歲
自己媽媽一直覺得我四、五個小時就要擠一次奶,睡眠不足,又覺得我當母奶製造廠很傷
身,但是我查了很多資料,也沒有寫什麼,只說擠奶期間飲食要均衡,多補充蛋白質和鈣
想問看看大家的意見,還有怎麼跟媽媽解釋,畢竟,她們那一代並沒有提倡母奶的好處,
我自己之後也要上班,是打算擠奶到三個月後退奶,庫存給寶寶吃到四個月接副食品,大
家的建議如何
