[母乳] 餵母奶媽媽該怎麼運動?

想請益大家~
自從懷孕以來是懶懶的不想運動
到現在小孩四個月了
覺得身體越來越差
吹個冷氣可以白天打噴嚏一整天
小孩喝內內喝到一半還會被我嚇到
下定決心開始運動
前天早上去慢跑
體力差到才跑100~200m就開始頭昏腦脹
而且胸部負擔好大啊
想說改成游泳這項運動
但現在還在餵母奶
這樣適合嗎?
還是有沒有比較合適的運動呢~
