Josh McRoberts腳踝扭傷至少缺陣一週
McRoberts out after bad ankle sprain

Trail Blazers rookie forward Josh McRoberts is out at least a week after
spraining his left ankle during Wednesday night's practice.
At practice today, point guard Jarrett Jack asked me if I had seen McRoberts'
ankle yet. I told him that I hadn't, but that the team said he would be out
at least a week.
"Pffft. He'll be out more than a week,'' Jack said. "His ankle is huge; it's
the size of a basketball. One of the worst I have seen.''
The severity of the injury came as a surprise to everyone because of how it
happened. The team was running half speed through drills when McRoberts cut
through the lane and got his left foot tangled with the feet of teammate
James Jones. McRoberts, according to Jack, didn't go down, and didn't limp
badly immediately after it happened.
But after practice was over, his teammates stood in awe of how much swelling
and color there was in his ankle.
Although McRoberts didn't figure to be an intricate piece of the Blazers'
rotation this season, he is very important from a numbers standpoint. With
injuries to Greg Oden, Darius Miles and Brandon Roy, the Blazers will need
McRoberts during the season to adequately run through their practices once
training camp invitees Chris Ellis, Brent Petway and JR Pinnock are cut.
McRoberts' injury is one reason why coach Nate McMillan allowed the team to
take off Thursday night's evening practice.
