[心得] 聽BigBang歌的好處
今天利用假日去了久違的健身房
想說要好體力養好,以免那個傳聞中的"SOON"來了會沒精神去參加
因為原PO已經老人一枚,想當初台灣的兩場都衝搖滾區的後果就是
隔天累到不得不請"病假"在家休養精氣神一下,還有讓肌肉放鬆阿XDD
運動本來就是一件好事(黃師傅你說是不是)
不過很容易沒耐力,一下就累了,一下就想休息了
不過就在今天我發現了一個神奇的東西
就是BigBang的歌,可以很容易就會跟著節奏一直跳下去
話說當時的我在跑步機上已經快走了20分鐘(就汗如雨下阿)
本來已經要放慢速度準備休息了(因為累得快走不動了 >"<)
那知道這時的音樂一轉就變成BigBang的tonight(本來都是播西洋流行音樂)
我整個人就high了起來,馬上就連想到當時聽演唱會的那種興奮又開心的心情(開幕曲)
疲勞感完全消失,就這樣跟著歌愈走愈快,快到變跑步了 ^0^
接著連放了fantastic boy→hands up→one of a kind→knock out→crayon→heaven
一連好幾首都high歌,真的不誇張我就跟著這幾首歌又多跑了快要30分鐘
我強烈懷疑今天值班的工作人員有去看BB的演唱會XDDD
不然本來就是VIP了,不然怎麼這麼會選歌,而且還一連接著放(是想累死誰阿@,@?)
呵呵呵呵
託BigBang的福,我今天運動量輕輕鬆鬆的就達到一個小時
神奇的是還一點都不會累,愈跑愈開心是怎樣 \(*_*)/
所以建議各位想要運動的親辜們,自己準備幾首清單
就可以跟著BigBang一起變得"妖嬌美麗"喔~~~~哈哈哈哈哈
