系上有一場政治學界重量級學者 Klingemann 的演講
講題為
「Democracy as an ideal and the performance of democracy in Germany 2003」
Prof. Klingemann 曾任國際政治學會會長
在民主研究方面卓具聲望，是德國也是國際間著名學者
歡迎同學們參加.
因為大師應邀來訪，場面不好太冷，
如果....(我實在很不喜歡這樣)...有同學要抵服務課的話
