拼著明天要考試加上現在頭很暈,還是把這篇新聞翻出來 如果有誤譯的希望大家指正指正 謝謝大家 譯文以下: 人為因素及機械因素造成Spanair 154人死亡空難 SPANAIR MD82機頭拉起後不過幾秒後即向下衝撞跑道並爆裂成兩半,遇難者就在爆炸中的 火球中喪生了。官方調查員發現,機組人員在起飛時未將襟翼及前緣襟翼放下,造成2008年8月20號於巴 拉哈斯機場的空難。調查員於今日(失事周年前兩天)的報告中指出,當時自動警示系 統的故障使得飛行員未能被適時告警。 該航班原目的地是加那利群島中的拉斯帕爾馬斯,機上人員共有154死亡,僅18人生還。 報告中指出,在座艙通話紀錄器中可聽到副駕駛正在進行放下襟翼及前緣襟翼的確認覆誦 ,但在意外後檢查發現,襟翼及前緣襟翼並未被放下,而告警系統也未能告知飛行組員。 此次Spanair航班並非是第一個以人為因素及機械因素合併造成失事的空難。就在21年前 的19878月16號,一架MD82飛機於底特律起飛時墜毀,當時的狀況就與此次Spanair空難雷 同。巧合的是,當時也造成154個人喪生,但僅一名四歲的女孩生還。 但在去年的西班牙空難後所提出的一些建議,尚未被Spanair以及其他許多的航空公司所 採用。 西班牙國家報指出,自1968起共有49架航空器,共有465人在類似的失事中喪生,從當年 的底特律空難事件至這次的馬德里空難。其中一架於2007六月自加那利群島中的蘭薩洛德 起飛的奧地利航空MD-83幾乎與Spanair的空難是一模一樣的狀況。機組員未將襟翼放下而 且告警系統並未作用。然而當時因引擎的推力足夠及風向的因素,飛行員仍能將機頭拉起 並完成起飛。 該報也表示,因為調查結果並未發表,所以尚未有任何的相關建議。 ※ 引述《nyah (雨季不再來)》之銘言: : 馬德里空難也一週年了 調查報告日前出爐 : 一些技術辭彙不知道中文怎麼翻 就不好意思翻譯了 : 還有待版上高手出手~ : 原文於此:http://tinyurl.com/n5p275 : Human error and technical fault blamed for Spanair crash that killed 154 : Victims died in a ball of fire as the Spanair MD-82 flight split in two : after smashing back on to the runway just seconds after lifting off. : Official investigators found that the flight crew failed to extend the : aircraft's wing flaps and slats when it took off from Barajas International : Airport on August 20, 2008. : But an automatic warning system, which would have alerted the pilot and : co-pilot to their mistake, failed to function, says a interim report by : the investigators published today - just two days before the anniversary : of the crash. : The plane had been bound for Las Palmas in the Canary Islands.
