[請益] 關於持學生簽工作問題
請問一下,由於我申請學生簽前來澳洲,
而距離開學日期還有一個月的時間,我現在是否可以工作呢?
(有人說必須要等開學後才能工作)
我查了移民局核准簽證所發給我的email,上面寫道
(1) Subject to subclauses (2) and (3), the holder must not engage in work in
Australia for more than 40 hours a fortnight during any period when the
holder's course of study or training is in session.
(2) Subclause (1) does not apply to work that was specified as a requirement
of the course when the course particulars were entered in the Commonwealth
Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students.
(3) The holder must not engage in work before the course for which the
initial student visa was granted commences.
第一條是不是就是指"學習期間"(即開學後)才能夠工作呢?
