[請益] 申請研究所博班問題
各位好 有一個問題想要請教
我目前人在台灣想要申請研究所博班 一切還在自我摸索當中
當我進入admission的時候 看到一段不是很瞭解
感覺好像是學制的問題：

為什麼未符合資格還能夠申請postgraduate coursework program
cousework program又是什麼
我是申請博班 是否只能申請research？
