In the registry, there is a key "Taskman" under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
Its value is
C:\Documents and Settings\[USERNAME]\Application Data\mrpky.exe
Delete this key.
Use a free tool called Unlocker to unlock the file "mrpky.exe", and then delete the "mrpky.exe".
