[問題] 黑甲症病理報告的意義

今日從健康存摺收到病理切片報告 DIAGNOSIS: Nail, left thumb, incisional biopsy --- See description GROSS FINDI NG: Received in formalin is one piece of grey white soft skin, measuring 0.2 x 0.2 x 0.1 cm with a 0.2 x 0.1 cm skin. Entire specimen is embedded in one blo ck. (WTL) MICROSCOPIC FINDING: Sections show nail tissue without obvious incre ase of melanin deposition in Fontana-Masson stain. Some SOX10 positive melanoc ytes without significant cytologic atypia are observed. 喔喔 ，所以只是用SOX10確認是什麼細胞，並不是說有什麼
