台北國際藝術村在九月份的每週五晚間七點，將以華裔女性導演為主軸，展現不同風情的
女性觸角，並特別邀請來自雪梨新南威爾斯大學電影系教授，也是前駐村於台北國際藝術
村的藝術家奧莉維雅o顧(Olivia Khoo)，為每部電影作導讀，內容精采，不容錯過!

女主角曉恩從小與母親的關係疏離，隻身留學於國外，直到二十五歲時，接到妹妹的婚訊
重回香港。在妹妹結婚後，曉恩陪伴母親重訪她在日本的家鄉，才明白母親當年嫁到異鄉
時，所面對的寂寞與無奈。許鞍華的《客途秋恨》以自傳式的電影手法，敘述了與祖父與
母親的情結。

它尋找年輕人於深宵街頭的路燈開啟發亮的青春動力，飛車過彎時衝破地心引力的無重力
量。《吃風》是在狂飆途上抱緊他時，他凝住在頸上的汗味，也是她於深宵窗前，等待聆
聽那機車轟轟作響時，從她髮邊散發出來的芳香。《吃風》有關的是一個男孩、一個女孩
、一部機車，卻沒有煞車的故事。
蝴蝶 (2004)

麥婉欣的第二部長片《蝴蝶》是關於女主角在家庭與婚外情之間的抉擇。蝶是生活平穩豐
裕的中學教師，一天在超級市場內遇上了偷東西吃的女孩小葉，小葉擁有孩子般笑容和倔
強，令蝶深深著迷，叫醒了她體內的慾望。
阿蝶思緒無法平復，她甚至嘗試更頻繁地親近丈夫，企圖挽救自己的失控；她努力教書，
認真做家事，抱著孩子告訴自己─不能自私地毀壞這個幸福的家。

Series of Asian Female Directors
Taipei Artist Village is going to present four movies by four different
Chinese female directors on Friday nights in September. Each of the movies has
its unique explanation of the female image in the Chinese society. We also
invite our residential artist Olivia Khoo to give the guiding introduction
that will help the audience to understand these films from a feminism
perspective.

Song of the Exile (1990)

Set in the early 1970s, Song of the Exile is the story of a Chinese/Japanese
student who returns to her native Hong Kong after graduating from a university
in London. Once she arrives back home, she and her family begins to fight,
largely due to cultural and societal conflicts between her mother and
herself.
