小弟準備前往美國做博後，準備要與對方簽約，但合約內容有一項不是很清楚。懇請指教

2. Intellectual Property
...(end of sentence.) University reserves all rights to intellectual property
including patents, copyrights and trademarks on any work products produced
by you during your time at University, or subsequent thereto, if related to
your work/time at University. (end of sentence)
...
所以，即使博後期滿離開之後的相關研究成果，對方學校仍擁有/保留所有權利嗎?
