[情報] Two Postdoctoral Research Positions
Two positions are available to work on Wellcome Trust-funded projects
in Prof Jean Beggs’ laboratory to investigate the roles of pre-mRNA
splicing factors, as well as links between splicing and transcription
in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Applicants should have a PhD and experience
of RNA analysis, ideally including quantitative RT-PCR, chromatin
immunoprecipitation and RNA-protein interactions.
There will be an opportunity to perform genome-wide/transcriptome-wide
studies such as ChIP-Seq, RNA-Seq and CRAC (RNA-protein crosslinking
and sequencing). These positions are available immediately
until 31.12.2014 in the first instance.
Salary Range: ￡30,122 to ￡35,938
