T4到期 但是租約還有四個月
這邊有個問題想問一下有相關經驗的人士幫助。
我所持的T4學生簽證到期日為5月18號，但是我所住的房子簽的合約是12個月，房租每個
月繳交，並且是到9月21，合約內表明：
8. Notice to leave
Under the terms of the tenancy agreement, two months notice is required by eit
her party to terminate the Agreement. This notice must be in writing and is ef
fective from the tenancy date. If you wish to end your tenancy at the end of t
he initial fixed term e.g. 6 or 12 months, two months written notice must be g
iven before end of the fixed term i.e. at month 4. After expiry of the fixed t
erm, the same terms and conditions in the agreement apply.
和房東當面溝通過，他表示這句話的意思是該合約必須走完（和我當時簽約的理解不同）
，想請問若是我已無資格待在英國，我是得按月照付房租，或是有其他機構可以進行協助
？有任何方式我都可以去詢問，感謝平台。
