[心得] tier4 簽證退費心得
Hello 版上各位大家好
這次要分享的是UKBA的退費流程
基本上,聽過其他人分享,不是甚麼按錯選項導致整個表單都跑錯的這類情況
可以在威孚公司現場作修正.（名稱、號碼、日期之類的typo）
當時我因為課程結束時間選錯,在我連送件時間都約好後,還傻傻按下Refund鍵,
USD 594出去晃了一個月才回到我手上,
其中等待退費回來的心情真的很焦慮.（還好結果是好的）
一、萬一您真的犯了甚麼不得不退費重新送表單的步驟,請參考以下：
1.先在view appointment裡取消自己的appointment
2.再來,在view payment裡按下refund,寫下退費申請理由（在字數規定內寫詳細）
3.透過UKVI網頁信箱寄信通知它們關於您的GWF號碼、名字、申請退費日期、
金額、簽證種類（請參考下方信件中的連結）
4.記得退費是在您還沒本人親自到簽證處送件、送生物辨識資料前
然後退費申請日要在開課日前三個月又7天之內的時間範圍

二、退費時程：
其實如果退費資格都沒問題,退費應該會跑個28天工作天然後回到申請人手邊
（不然設計這個按鈕又不退錢回來,嚴重點說,就是詐欺了吧...）
退費申請及寄信後的第一週,會收到第一封信：
Thank you for contacting Visa4Uk Support,
I can confirm that your refund request has been registered.
Please see the guidance at https://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk/Home/ViewFAQ.
If you have not received a response to your refund request within 28 working
days of your request, please raise your query via the form at
https://ukvi-international.faq-help.com/ （ <-就是這個信箱作為主要窗口）
, by selecting the relevant Country in the drop down, and staff at HGS should
be able to assist you.
這是關於您的退費請求被受理的意思
以我個人經驗,接著3周後,收到另一封信：
Dear ＯＯＯＯＯ
Ref: Refund request for GWFＯＯＯＯＯＯＯＯ of $594.00 USD
Note: Please do not reply to this email.
Your message will not be read or responded to as this inbox is not monitored.
Please be informed that your refund request has been authorised and sent to
Worldpay for processing. The refund of your Visa Fee and the User Pay VAC Fee
will be credited back to your account that you used for visa payment within
28 working days. Please take no further action during the 28 working day
Period. If you submit a chargeback request this is likely to delay the
processing of your refund and any future visa application.
這是說當初您付款的卡片將會近日收到退款,等待Worldpay公司授權處理.
另外ＵＫＶＩ也想表達：“這段時間不要再寄信過來了不然會耽誤您的退費流程”
希望有幫到申請退費的人,或是讓等待退費的人有感到比較安心
當然最治本的方式就是送出資料前再請朋友或家人幫您二次、三次核對
ps.至於ＵＫＶＩ除了那個網頁信箱還有沒有甚麼聯絡窗口？
