[問題] 自己申請推薦信問題
在查詢學校資訊的時候看到有些學校顯示下列資訊
Your referee may either send the reference directly to the Postgraduate
Admissions Team at our address, or send the reference plus reference form to
you if they are happy to provide you with an open reference. You may then
upload the reference letters online initially and send us the original hard
copy only if you are made an offer of a place to study here.
大概是說教授如果無法幫你寄或上傳的話
可以經過教授同意後自己上傳
但要上傳reference和reference form
學校有提供reference form的檔案

想詢問板友，自己代教授上傳的話，form是一定要的嗎?
還是可以上傳reference就好?
我爬文看有些板友說不用交form?
那這樣的話，若是代辦代為上傳，為什麼可以不用交form?
