[問題] St Andrews 系所來信
大家好，前幾天收到一封來自系上的信如下，
Thank you again for your application. Your science/engineering
qualifications look very strong. I am pleased to tell you that our selection
committee is recommending to the University that you be offered a place
subject to English language requirements. I hope and expect that you will
receive a formal offer soon.
這樣是代表我一定會有con. offer，只是要等學校通知嗎？
還是有可能系上向學校推薦後，但學校那裡不發給offer呢？
因為不是很確定，心情有點焦慮，希望有經驗的前輩幫忙回答
如果這樣的情形，大概會等多久？（因為我寫信問學校，學校沒有回覆）
