Senior AML Specialist or AML Expert
Location: Hangzhou, China
Job responsibilities:
We are now looking for talented AML compliance professionals to join us on var
ious AML related engagements.
As a part of the team, you will be helping us on:
*Designing, reviewing, enhancing, implementing and monitoring numerous anti-mo
ney laundering detection and compliance programs;
*Assessing AML risk at the enterprise and business unit level;
*Drafting and enhancing AML policies and procedures;
*Integrating compliance controls into the scope of existing business practices
;
*Working with in-house AML technology team to select and implement relevant te
chnology solutions;
*Executing AML Due Diligence for M&A engagements;
*Short-term overseas travel might be required for specific assignments.
Requirements:
*Bachelor or Master degree of Finance/Accounting/Law or relevant degrees;
*CAMS or CFE qualified will be given the priority;
*2.5 to 6 years of AML compliance experiences at well-known financial institut
ion or forensic accounting/ financial investigations experience at Big 4;
*(AML Expert) Strong knowledge of and experience in AML regulations and regula
tory authorities, AML policies and procedures, AML risk assessments, and custo
mer on-boarding procedures;
*(AML Expert) Experience in suspicious activity investigation;
*Basic understanding of OFAC sanctions regulations is highly preferred;
*Strong analytical and creative problem solving capabilities;
*Clear verbal and written communication in Mandarin & English.
