[請問] 有關 Windows Media Player 播放 mp3 的問題

剛剛用 Windows Media Player 11 播放一個副檔名為 .mp3 的檔案
結果不能播，出現了:

我就用google搜尋 "Microsoft MPEG-1 (50) Codec Missing"，找到了這個討論串:

於是我就照裡面所說的把 .mp3 副檔名改成 .mp2，然後就可以播了。
問題:
有沒有辦法在不更改副檔名的情況下，用 Windows Media Player 11
播放此 .mp3(實際上是 mp2 @_@?) 檔?
