General Description June 08,2009
Moldova National Conference on eXchange is a conference designed
especially for X department members and EPs. Its main aim is to
provide education to X members and preparation to outgoing EPs and
motivate both members and EPs for their tasks in the near future.
There are 2 tracks with 35 delegates expected
Ø "X education" – Delegates are members of the X department.The
track is designed to provide advanced knowledge for them in the X
area.
Expected 15 delegates
Ø CPS – "the cultural preparation seminar" track is as usual
designed for EPs and their praparation for the cultural shock and the
embassadorship . 20 EPs are expected
Deadlines, schedule and important dates
Ø Application release: 9th of June 2009
Ø Application Deadline: 13th June 2009, 17:00 GMT +2
Ø Facilitator Announcement: 13th June 2009
Ø Virtual Facilitators Team Meetings (Skype) – will be set with
chosen FACIs by Conference manager
Ø Pre – Meeting:
- In Chisinau: 24th of June 2009.
- At the site: 25th of June 2009
Ø MNCX: 26th – 28th ofJune 2009
